We work out of a Mercedes Sprinter equipped with a complete workshop, so we can provide sharpening services directly to you. We have the tools for both traditional whetstone sharpening methods and modern ceramic belt and wheel techniques, allowing us to be versatile and handle a wide range of items. We ensure each blade receives the precise care it needs to perform at its best.

We also offer a selection of knives for sale from Kikuichi, Svord, Lamson, as well as vintage Japanese knives.
